MP Backs Mass Covid-19 Testing In Leicestershire

Harborough’s MP is pushing for more rapid Coronavirus test kits to given to Leicestershire.
It follows the announcement the county will face the toughest level of restrictions from next Wednesday, when the national lockdown ends.
The government says all areas in Tier 3 will be offered the mass community testing scheme, so even people without Covid symptoms can be screened and the results provided within about 20 minutes.
A trial in Liverpool was hailed a big success.
