Flytipper Fined £300

A man who dumped rubbish from a garage clearance on a country lane near Great Bowden has been fined £300.
He was traced after Harborough Council found items in the rubbish on Welham Lane that linked it back to an address in Kettering.

The home-owner has already been fined the same amount for failing to ensure the items were disposed of legally.
It’s the latest penalty to be handed out as part of the council’s on-going ‘Tip-Off ‘ campaign aimed at reducing fly-tipping.
