Appeal After Cyclist Injured In Hit-and-Run

Police are appealing for witnesses after a hit-and-run incident near Rothwell left a cyclist injured.

It happened at about 10.20am on Friday, when a woman was knocked off her bike at the roundabout for junction 4 of the A14.

The cyclist was struck by the driver of a grey ‘24’ plated car, which failed to stop.

She was taken to hospital to be treated for injuries officers have described as ‘minor’.

Witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage of the incident, is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
