Farming leaders are calling on people using farmland for exercise during the coronavirus crisis to do so responsibly.
An increased number of walkers are using areas around farms as they seek walking routes where they are less likely to encounter others.
People, particular dog walkers are being urged to stick to public footpaths, avoid fields with young calves or lambs in, and not to walk through crops.

A convoy of around 20 trucks will pass through Market Harborough later to salute the NHS and all key workers as part of the Clap For Carers campaign.
The vehicles, including road sweepers, tipper trucks and recovery lorries will be decorated with signs and banners and be sounding their horns and flashing lights as they make their way through town.

They will leave from outside St Luke’s Hospital on Leicester Road just before 8pm, making their way through the town centre, along Coventry Road, Welland Park Road, back into the town before heading towards Lubenham Hill and through Lubenham.
Firms taking part will include CJ Sweepers, K2 Recovery and CJH Aggregates.
Craig Davis, owner of CJ Sweepers in Marston Trussell, came up with the idea:

Hand sanitiser being produced by Union Distillers
A Market Harborough distillery which produces gin, vodka, rum and absinthe is now making vital supplies of hand sanitiser for front-line workers, in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Union Distillers, based on the Welland Business Park, is producing around 30,000 litres a week, after the firm obtained a special licence when the government relaxed rules to allow ethanol, normally used to make spirits, to be used in the production of antibacterial sanitiser.
It’s being made to the exact ingredients, method and guidelines set out by the World Health Organisation.
The company, best known for its Two Birds spirits brand, is also making supplies available to the public, and is praising its team of staff for their hard work and commitment in keeping production going.
