Desborough Artist’s Painting Of Captain Tom Moore Goes Viral

A painting by a Desborough portrait artist depicting Captain Tom Moore as a superhero has gone viral on social media.
Charlie Such spent two days creating the picture, as a way of showing his appreciation to the war veteran, who has now raised over £28m for NHS charities after initially wanting to raise £1,000 by walking 100 laps of his garden.

The portrait, which has been shared by over half a million people on-line, including from Capt Tom’s own Instagram account, will now be sent to him for his 100th birthday at the end of this month.
