Burglars Raid Sports Pavilion In Hallaton

Police are appealing for information after burglars stole alcohol and caused damage to the Sports Pavilion at the Recreation Ground in Hallaton.
They used an angle grinder to remove metal security bars from a window before getting into the building late on Sunday or during the early hours of Monday.
Once inside they smashed open doors to a number of rooms.
Officers say they recovered a torch at the scene which has been sent for forensic examination as part of their investigation.
