Royal Mail workers in Market Harborough say they will vote to strike if a dispute with their employer is not resolved soon.
Postmen and women who are members of the Communication Workers Union have held a Gate Meeting outside the Riverside sorting office to discuss the situation.

Staff across the country will be balloted for a walk-out later this month in a row over job security and terms and conditions.
Andy Connolly from the Leicestershire branch of the CWU spoke to Hfm:
A Royal Mail spokesperson said: ‘We are committed to open and constructive engagement with the CWU. We all want a successful and sustainable company that provides good quality jobs, fairness in workloads, and continues delivering the Universal Service.’
