‘Safer Summer Day’ In Welland Park Today

A ‘Safer Summer Day’ is taking place in Market Harborough’s Welland Park today.
It is part of a campaign by Harborough Community Safety Partnership to raise awareness of various summer-related issues.
Police, Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service and other organisations will be there and people are invited to go along to find out more about the campaign and raise any issues.
The event is on near the cafe in the park between noon and 3pm.
There will be a similar one at the Coventry Road Recreation Ground in Lutterworth tomorrow (Wednesday) between noon and 3pm.
