It’s Safer Business Action Week in Harborough

With the busy shopping period up to Christmas getting underway, Harborough Police are warning they’re focusing on tackling theft from stores.

As ‘Safer Business Action Week’ continues, the Neighbourhood Priority Team has stepped up both high visibility and plain clothed patrols in Market Harborough.

Thanks to Operation DETECT, which was launched just over a year ago, officers are also working even more closely with traders to identify and catch shoplifters using CCTV footage.
