New Affordable Homes Plan Approved

Flats in Market Harborough are set to be demolished so affordable family housing can be built.
Waterloo Housing Group has been handed planning permission for the redevelopment of ‘Rosehill’ off Leicester Road – adjacent to the ambulance station – which currently houses eight flats and was formally a children’s home.

The building is considered no longer fit for purpose and not economically viable to maintain.
A mix of 17 one to four-bed homes will go up in its place.
