Former ‘Bottom Club’ For Sale For £700K

Market Harborough’s former Working Men’s Club is up for sale for £700,000.

The premises on Northampton Road in the town centre, affectionately known as the ‘Bottom Club’ when it was a social club, is being marketed as office accommodation or ‘a potential residential conversion opportunity’.

The club closed in 2010 and the two-storey building was converted into as offices for Market Harborough Building Society a year later.

It was vacated when the society re-located its head office operations to The Point business park.
