Competition Moves On-Line To Showcase Harborough’s Young Music Talent

Written by on 20th January 2021

A popular competition that showcases young music talent is going on-line this year so it can still take place during the pandemic.

The Junior X Factor run by the Great Bowden Recital Trust is now in its 13th year and is open to singers, composers, and instrumentalists in school years 1-13, who live within 20 miles of Market Harborough.

Usual face to face heats are being replaced by video entries and the finals will take place virtually, via YouTube.

It’s free to enter and prizes worth £850 will be up for grabs.

Sue Benson from the Trust spoke to Hfm:

For more details and to enter, visit the Trust’s website –  www.gbrecitaltrust.co.uk for full details.
