Appeal To Find Stolen Golf Trophies

An appeal has been launched to find golf trophies missing after a burglary in Billesdon.

They were in a BMW car which was stolen during the break-in in the early hours of last Friday.

The vehicle has since been found abandoned in Leicester, but the two trophies had been taken by the thieves.

Detective Constable Matt Swift, the investigating officer, said: “I’m particularly keen to speak to anyone with information about this incident.

“I’m hoping someone recognises the trophies and has either seen them listed or offered for sale. Anything you’re able to tell us could help our enquiries.”
