Harborough Town Football Club are just one game away from promotion after victory over Hinckley Leicester Road last night.

The NPL Midlands Division play-off semi final finished 1-1 in normal time, with the Bees going on to win the match 4 – 2 on penalties.
They will now face Anstey Nomads away in Saturday’s play-off final.

In rugby, Market Harborough are celebrating retaining the County Cup in dramatic style last night.
The Black Cats beat Syston 20 – 19 in a game played at Leicester Tigers’ Welford Road ground.
The club’s Colts side also played their County Cup final there, although were beaten 30 – 24 by Hinckley.
