Man Charged After High-Speed Police Chase

A man has been charged with dangerous driving after a high-speed Police chase passed through Market Harborough.
Thomas Elliott, 30, of Merrycot Lane in Yelvertoft in Northamptonshire is also accused of driving without insurance.
The hour-long pursuit on Monday afternoon, which headed through a number of villages, including East Farndon and Great Oxendon, began in Northampton after a BMW failed to stop for officers and ended in Rugby.
Elliot due to appear before Magistrates.
