Physiotherapist Service Boosted At St Luke’s
Written by HFM News on 19th December 2018
The physiotherapist service at Market Harborough’s St Luke’s Treatment Centre is being expanded.
An additional 5,000 appointments are now available between now and April with extra staff taken on to provide the service.
The move is aimed at reducing pressure on local GPs, by enabling more people with muscular problems to be seen, instead of having to book an appointment with their doctor.
Patients registered at Market Harborough Medical Centre, Two Shires Medical Centre, Husbands Bosworth Medical Centre, Kibworth Medical Centre and Billesdon Surgery can access the physiotherapy service.
Those registered with Market Harborough Medical Centre and Husbands Bosworth Medical Centre should phone their respective practices to book an appointment.
Patients registered with Kibworth Medical Practice, Two Shires Medical Practice and Billesdon Surgery can access the service by phoning 01858 791082.
Appointments are available on the day and can be booked by telephoning between Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 4.30am, excluding Bank holidays.
The opening times for the clinic are Mondays to Fridays between 8.30am and 5pm, excluding Bank holidays.
