Thankfully No Serious Injuries Following M1 Crash

It’s been revealed the drivers of two lorries which caught fire after a crash on the M1 early this morning both escaped with only minor injuries.
The blaze, which started around 1am, has caused traffic chaos today – with the motorway closed northbound between junctions 20 and 21 whilst fire crews and recovery vehicles attended the scene.
Work was then required to resurface the road – before being reopened at lunchtime.
Harborough’s rail commuters have also faced misery today – when all services between Leicester and London were cancelled after a person was hit by a train between Wellingborough and Bedford this morning.
