Stolen Bike Recovered

A Kibworth man, whose cherished bike was stolen, has it back – thanks to his OWN detective work!
Kyle Needham was left devastated when his cycle was taken from outside his house earlier this month, just hours before he was due to ride it in a competition. So he posted pictures of the purpose-built ‘Downhill’ bike on Social Media, with the post shared thousands of times. Almost straightaway he started receiving details of sightings and began driving round areas where it had been spotted, in a bid to find it.
After a key piece of information was given to him, he alerted Police, who recovered the distinctive bike – worth about 2 thousand pounds – from a property in Loughborough. Kyle’s thanking all who helped in the search, saying he’s overwhelmed to have his pride and joy back. The Police investigation is continuing.
