Slight Rise In Unemployment

There has been a slight rise in unemployment across the Harborough District in the past month.

New government figures show 655 people are currently out of work and claiming benefits, compared with 635 last month.

That represents 150 more people than this time last year, although still represents the third lowest area of unemployment in Leicestershire.
