Reward Offered After Unique Bike Stolen In Kibworth

A cash reward is being offered for information that leads to the return of a unique purpose-built bike that was stolen in Kibworth early this morning, just hours before its owner was due to set-off to compete in a competition on it in Northern Ireland.
Thieves cut through locks to remove the silver, yellow and purple ‘Downhill’ Bike, worth £2,000, from the back of van parked on the driveway of Kyle Needham’s house on Hall Close, just off the A6.
It happened sometime between midnight and 2am.
Kyle has had to cancel the trip, meaning he’s lost the money he spent on a ferry, entry into the competition, and the cost to camp.
