A Government Planning Inspector has ruled ten houses can’t be built in Great Bowden.
He’s agreed with Harborough Council – who rejected the proposal for land off Dingley Road last year – saying the homes would harm the village conservation area and the setting of nearby listed buildings and cemetery.
Langton Developments had appealed the council’s decision.
