More signatures for Harborough Plastics Pledge

Over 700 people have now signed the ‘Harborough Plastics Pledge’.
Launched in January, it encourages people to reduce their reliance on
single-use plastics by doing things like re-using plastic bags, buying
loose vegetables – instead of those in packs – and recycling more.
Harborough Eco Church launched the Pledge with support from Harborough
District Council.
It’s hoped to get a thousand people to sign it by the end of the year.
