Matthew In Line For Top Award

An autistic tennis coach from Broughton Astley has won the BBC East Midlands Get Inspired Sports Unsung Hero award.
Matthew Chilvers, 22, who teaches in special schools across Leicestershire, will now join winners from other regions at the Sports Personality of the Year Awards next month, when the national award will be announced live.
Dean Barnett from Market Harborough was also one of the three finalists in our region, for his tireless voluntary work with the Welland Valley Cycling Club.
