Man Arrested After Drugs Raid In Market Harborough

A man has been arrested and a ‘substantial’ amount of cannabis seized after Police carried out a dawn raid in Market Harborough.
Officers executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a property in Lathkill Street this morning.
Leicestershire Police say a small quantity of what is believed to be cocaine was also seized.
A man, aged 39, from Market Harborough, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He remains in custody and enquiries are continuing.
