First Climate Change Protest Of 2020

The first climate change protest of 2020 is set to take place in the town centre this afternoon.
Young people, who are members of the Fridays For Future Market Harborough group will join others across the country in taking action, billed as the ‘Show the Love’ campaign, to tie in with the fact it is Valentine’s Day.
They will gather under the Old Grammar School between 4pm and 5pm.
A number of protests demanding action on global climate change were held in Market Harborough last year.
