A family-run electrical shop in Market Harborough is to close after 65 years of trading.
R D Jeacock & Sons Limited on Coventry Road will shut its doors for the final time at the end of November.
A reduction in the availability of quality stock in the current climate is being blamed for the decision.

Director Richard Jeacock said: “It is with much sadness that after 65 years of trading, the R D Jeacock & Sons Ltd retail shop will close its doors at the end of November.
“We are proud of all we have accomplished over these past years, the shop has successfully traded in the town from various addresses, but due to the current climate we are seeing a reduction in the availability of quality stock.
“It therefore seems a natural progression to close this side of the business and concentrate more on the Electrical Contracting side of the business, where we can continue to provide the excellent service our customers expect.
“We must emphasise there will be no change to the Electrical Contracting side of the business which will continue to serve our valued customers. All existing business details, address and telephone numbers will remain the same.”
Robert and Richard Jeacock will continue to be heavily involved in the company and a third generation of the Jeacock family, Jobe will continue the family business into the future when they eventually retire.
