Driver Taken To Hospital After Crash On B6047

A driver was taken to hospital after a crash involving a tipper lorry and road sweeper on the B6047 in Church Langton.
Emergency services were called at 4.20pm yesterday, after the collision at the Stonton Road junction.
Leicestershire Police say one driver was taken to hospital by East Midlands Ambulance Service, as a precaution, and their injuries are not believed to be serious.
Fire crews from Market Harborough and Kibworth attended the incident, along with a technical rescue unit from Leicester.
The road was closed while emergency services worked at the scene and the vehicles were recovered.
It re-opened at 6.15pm.
