CrossFit Teens To Launch In Market Harborough

A new activity is being launched for youngsters in Market Harborough.

The town’s EWF CrossFit gym is starting to run dedicated sessions for 11 to 16 year olds and is hosting an open day and taster session tomorrow.

One of the gym’s coaches Selina Pridmore has recently qualified and trained in running CrossFit Teens and will lead the programme.

Tomorrow’s open morning is on between 10am and 11am and the EWF CrossFit base on the St Mary’s Business Park on Albany Road.

Head coach Amir Khorsan told HFM the activity has both physical and mental benefits and he is delighted to be offering something new for young people.
