Written by on 16th February 2023

A convicted killer who murdered two women in South Leicestershire in the 1990s has been found guilty of sexually abusing a boy in the years before the attacks.

Alun Kyte, 58, attacked the nine-year-old at his home in Staffordshire during a five year campaign of abuse, which began in the 1980s.

He is currently serving a life sentence for the murders of sex workers Samo Paull and Tracy Turner, whose bodies were found near Swinford and Bitteswell in 1993 and 1994.

Both had been strangled.

Kyte will be sentenced for the latest offences later this month.
