Staff have however been praised for their care, which was the only area of the service rated good.
Concerns Over Mental Health Services

Concerns have been raised about mental health services across Leicestershire.
A health watchdog say long waiting times are unacceptable – meaning people are not getting treatment at a time ‘when they needed it most’.
Children with ADHD and autism are waiting up to two years for treatment, and 500 people were waiting for a routine assessment when inspectors visited last autumn.
A further 136 had been waiting to see a mental health specialist for 30 weeks.
Inspectors from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) visited five services run by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in November and December last year, and rated it as “requires improvement”.
Dr Peter Miller, chief executive of the Trust, who announced his retirement earlier this month, apologised and said: “The CQC report shows that we still have work to do to get the fundamentals right, first time, every time, and that we need to increase the pace of improvement.”
The Trust says it is taking urgent action to address the concerns.
