Coffee Shop To Open In Former Bank

A coffee shop is to open in the former Barclays bank in Market Harborough.
Esquires Coffee will unveil its new store on the High Street this Wednesday, in the building which has stood empty since the branch closed last year.
The franchised chain has over 50 stores across the UK and Ireland and describes itself as ‘an ethical coffee chain with a community spirit.’
The opening will create a number of jobs and Gareth Thomas, President of Market Harborough Chamber of Trade and Commerce spoke to HFM:

It is the second former bank in Market Harborough to be turned into a coffee shop, after Bewiched Coffee opened in the former Halifax building on The Square earlier this year, while the former NatWest branch on St Mary’s Road is currently being converted into a new restaurant.
