Christmas Bike Appeal Inundated With Donations

A newly formed cycling club in Kibworth has been inundated with donations of second-hand children’s bikes after launching a Christmas appeal.
Members of Kibworth Easy Riders are using their maintenance skills to make them look as good as new, before they can be given as presents to children whose families cannot afford the cost of a new bike.
Over 40 have been donated in less than a week following an appeal on social media.
