Burglars Steal Mobility Scooter From Garage
Written by HFM News on 19th October 2020
Burglars stole a mobility scooter after breaking into a garage adjoining a house in Market Harborough in the early hours of Saturday.
Police are now appealing for sightings of the red Shoprider Cadiz model, which has grey tyres.
It’s not known if the thieves rode away on the scooter, or loaded it into a vehicle.
Another garage was also broken into on Saturday night, and attempts were made to get into a further two sheds and outbuildings, all in Market Harborough.
Officers are urging people to ensure garages, sheds and outbuildings are locked overnight.
Anyone with information should call Police on 101.
