Burglar Steals Four Puppies From Farm

Four Jack Russell puppies have been stolen from a farmhouse in Gilmorton.

The ten-week old dogs were taken after an intruder got in through the kitchen window and removed them from a crate.

Their mother and one other puppy were left behind.

The burglary happened sometime between 5pm and 8pm last Wednesday,

Police have released a picture of the puppies, which had not yet been microchipped, as they appeal for information and to anyone who may have been offered them for sale.

PC Julie Toone, the investigating officer, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who has information regarding this burglary.

“Please look closely at the photograph provided. Do you recognise them? Have you seen them listed for sale – or have you been offered the opportunity to buy one?

“Any information you have, no matter how insignificant you think it may be, could help my investigation.”
