Brrrr! Why Scott Is Getting Into A Bin Of Ice Cold Water Everyday!

An Air Ambulance doctor from Foxton is getting into a wheelie bin of ice cold water everyday this month, to raise money for a charity close to his heart.
Scott Castell is spending three minutes in the bin in his back garden, to raise money for ‘Calm’, the Campaign Against Living Miserably, a leading movement against suicide,the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.
Scott, who has lost two friends and a family member to suicide, has already smashed his fundraising target of £250 and it now sits at over £1,100.
He spoke to Hfm’s Nick Shaw about the ’31 Days Of Ice Cold Bin Dips’ challenge:
