Appeal After Man Attacked ‘With Weapons’ In Desborough

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was attacked by two men in Desborough this morning.
The victim, aged 40, suffered an injury to his arm after being assaulted in Addison Road just after 11am.
Officers say he was chased from the direction of Harrington Road and assaulted with weapons, but have not said what they were.
The man was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for treatment.
Police want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or who may have captured the assault on either CCTV or dash cam footage.

An area of Addison Road and Harrington Road was cordoned off for a time.
