Air Ambulance Scrambled After Car Crashes Into Tree

Police say a man escaped serious injury after his car crashed into a ditch and collided with a tree in Rushton this morning.
They were called to Station Road, together with a fire crew from Desborough and the Air Ambulance just after 8.15am.
The driver was released from the wreckage of the Ford Fiesta and taken to hospital by land ambulance.
Northamptonshire Police the man suffered injuries which were believed to be ‘minor.’
