A Desborough couple have got engaged live on ITV’s This Morning!
James popped the question to Kara Rowlett after presenter – singer – Peter Andre – surprised her at home as part of the show’s 30th birthday.
Kara, who was celebrating her 30th on the same day, was nominated for a special £2000 birthday gift for her
selfless attitude and amount of work she does for others.
She wasn’t expecting the proposal though – but said yes!
