Investigation Continues Into Market Harborough Stabbing

Police say their investigation into a stabbing in Market Harborough last month is ongoing.

Two people arrested following the incident in Shropshire Close on July 5th remain on bail while enquiries continue.

A man in his 20s was taken to hospital after being found with stab wounds at around 11.30pm.

An investigation is continuing

During the early hours of the following morning, another man in his 20s approached officers near the scene suffering from significant cuts to his hand and arm.

Police believe the two incidents are linked.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and was later released on bail.

A 51-year-old woman was subsequently arrested on the same suspicion and remains on bail.
