Refill Revolution

Written by on 27th June 2018

A scheme to enable shoppers in Market Harborough to reduce the amount of plastic in their purchases is being launched this weekend.

“Refill Revolution” was founded by local resident and mother of two Beth Lambert – giving people the opportunity to take along their own empty containers to have them filled with a whole range of food and household products – to help reduce their plastic footprint.

Beth says she’s been pondering for a very long time how her own family could reduce its waste – and realised much of the throw-away packaging came from supermarkets.

Her eco-friendly shop pop-ups for the first time this Saturday 30th June – upstairs at Nature’s Pantry.
