The development is proposed for 30 acres of fields separating the Farndale View and Farndon Fields estates.

Documents submitted to Harborough District Council as part of a planning application by Manor Oak Homes state the new estate would include a range of house types and sizes, 40% of which would be affordable housing and open space.
Access to the development would be via Farndale View.
A public consultation on the plan runs until September 18th and a decision on whether or not to grant planning permission will then be made by the council.
