Search For On-The-Run Prisoners

Three men with links to Leicestershire have absconded from an open prison at the same time.

Police are warning people not to approach Jason MacDonagh, 34, Daniel Harty, 34 and Barney Casey, 24, who all fled from Spring Hill Prison in Buckinghamshire on Monday evening.

All three are described as white and about 5ft 9in (1.75m) tall.

MacDonagh has a medium build, ginger hair and facial hair and was last seen wearing grey tracksuit trousers and a white vest.

Casey has a small build, black hair, with a moustache and goatee beard, and was also wearing a grey tracksuit.

Harty has a slim build, black hair and a black beard. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and grey joggers.

Claire Busby, police staff investigator, asked for anyone with information about their whereabouts to call 101 or to make a report online.

“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111,” she added.
