Cladding Danger at Harborough Retirement Complex

Plans have been revealed to remove and replace some of the cladding on a retirement living complex in Market Harborough after it was deemed a fire risk.

The work is needed at Welland Place on St Mary’s Road following a fire risk assessment.

A planning application to carry it out has been submitted to Harborough District Council by the owners of the building, the Methodist Housing Association.
