Local Parents Tackling Climate Change

A Market Harborough mum is among a growing community of parents in our area who’re focused on galvanising others to take steps to leave a better future for the next generation.
Jo Harling (pictured below) is part of ‘Parents For Future Leicestershire’, and is speaking out following a recent survey which revealed four in five parents believe a healthy environment is more important to inherit than wealth.
The poll (conducted by Opinium Research) also found two thirds of parents are concerned about the impact of climate change on their kids’ futures.
The mother of two told HFM she got involved soon after the birth of her first baby girl…
Jo says both parents and grandparents can get involved with ‘Parents for Future‘, either online or in person, depending how much time you have to spare…
