Local By-election Candidates Revealed

Voters in Great Glen will have a choice of four candidates to choose from in the forthcoming by-election.

The vacancy on Harborough District Council has come about due to the resignation of long-serving Councillor James Hallam, last month.

The nominees, in alphabetical order, are Christopher Graves for the Liberal Democrats, Robin Lambert for the SDP, Peter Scott for the Conservatives and Andy Thomas for Labour.

Polling for the Glen Ward will take place on Wednesday 19^th March.
