Police have stepped up patrols on a Market Harborough housing estate after more incidents of illegal hare-coursing.
Officers were called to the country park area of the Wellington Place estate on Monday afternoon, after reports of a man seen with a dog and rabbit.

An area on the Wellington Place housing estate is being used for illegal hare-coursing
It follows incidents in the same area last week, one of which involved a group of people who released a rabbit from a container that was then chased and killed by a dog.
Leicestershire Police say the report on Monday was made just after 3pm and officers attended the scene, but no-one was located.
