Suspected Lutterworth Shoplifter Arrested

A man suspected of shoplifting in Lutterworth has been arrested by Leicestershire Police.

Officers say he was identified by working closely with local retailers and trawling through CCTV footage.

Michael Church, of no fixed abode, was finally detained in the early hours of Tuesday morning (23rd April 2023) following a number of arrest attempts.

The 49-year-old has been charged with five shoplifting offences in the Lutterworth and Broughton Astley areas.
