Work Resumes On Re-Building Fire-Hit Pub

Work has re-started on the construction of a new pub in Market Harborough.
Brewery Marston’s say it’s resumed in-line with government working guidelines, after contractors left the site off Rockingham Road in March, when the Coronavirus lockdown came into force.

The brewery says it hopes the pub – to be called The Roebuck – will be finished by the end of the year.
It is replacing the pub of the same name that had to be demolished following a major fire last year.
