Family Lose Nearly All Their Possessions In House Fire

People are rallying round to help a mother and her three young children who lost nearly all their possessions in a house fire in Husbands Bosworth on Saturday.

They have had to move out of their home in Knights Close following the blaze, which started in a shed at about 5pm and then spread to the property.

The Mum and her children, boys aged 3, 5 and 8, were not injured and firefighters from Market Harborough and Lutterworth were sent to the scene to deal with the fire, which left most of the house damaged by fire and smoke.

Over £1,500 has been raised so far to support the family, after a friend set-up an on-line fundraising page.
