In Bloom Judges Tour Town

Months of hard work was put under the spotlight today as judges from the East Midlands In Bloom competition visited Market Harborough.
They were given a tour of displays across town by Harborough In Bloom volunteers, including the town centre and Welland Park.
Around three thousand bulbs were planted at 100 different locations, including in 50 planters in the town centre.
Last year Market Harborough come second overall in the Large Town Category of the East Midlands In Bloom competition and picked up a host of category awards.
The results of this year’s contest will be announced in September.
